Are any of the shop items sent physically?

Most of the items are downloadable items, although there may be additions of physical items too.
In each case, the item type will be clearly described in the item specs.

Refunds?

As all of the items are released automatically after purchase, they are non refundable. However, the greatest care has been taken to ensure that everything is in working order - if you're having tecchy/accessibility issues - drop me a line at hey@kei-maye.co.uk.

Everything will get sorted, promise.

Coaching

What are the different coaching options available?

All of the coaching is currently conducted online for convenience and to allow me to connect with people all over the world.
Email, audio/video calls.

How are the audio/video calls conducted?

These are carried out using Skype. Please remember to create a Skype profile if you select this service. If you have any difficulties doing this - let me know so we can work out a solution.

Refunds?

All bookings are non refundable. Due to the nature of the service and the preparation for each consultation, it is not possible to obtain a refund for this service.

What does the FREE 15 min consultation involve?

Getting to know you. What makes you tick. What you want and where you want to be. This consultation will allow me to prepare a coaching plan totally suited to you and your individual needs. The 15 minutes before hand frees up the entire hour to get straight into things!

What kind of things do the coaching packages include?

A mixture of open dialogue, resource sheets and customised action plans and homework. I will work with you to identify and remove any blocks that are currently getting between you and your blessings using these different methods.

Do you offer face to face sessions?

Not currently! However, this is something that will be incorporated in the future. At the moment the focus is on being as accessible and convenient as possible for you all.

What about audio/video recordings?

If you wish to receive an audio/video recording of our sessions, an extra fee of £15 will be applicable to the service. Let me know if you would like to add it on once you've booked your consultation!

What happens if I don't show up?

If you feel as though you are going to be unavailable for any scheduled coaching sessions - there is a notice period of 12 hours to cancel and re-arrange.
In case of a no show - it's up to the individual to re-schedule an appointment before the token expiration date. Failing that, the coach token will expire on the date outlined at the start.
If you need to cancel altogether for any reason, please be mindful that this service is non-refundable.
