Basic (Email Support)


This coaching package includes dedicated e-mail support & a tailored action plan formulated to suit your needs.

This service is ideal for you if:


  • You have burning questions you’re having difficulty finding answers to via other sources.
  • In need of some creative support and/or guidance but have limited availability during the day.


You’ll have me on board for a week – so ask away!

You will have my undivided attention and support to help you find answers and remove those damn blocks!

You will receive up to 2 email responses per day for 7 days, so you won’t have to cram everything into one gigantic e-mail.



Product Description


1. What kind of e-mails can I expect to receive as part of this service?

All responses are as detailed as physically possible, all about finding ways to tap into what spurs you on as a creator, helping you to look within and identify the blocks possibly holding you back. I’m here to serve as your guide and your confidant. The aim is to leave no stone unturned and leave you feeling confident and informed once the week is through.


2. What can you help me with specifically?

I am most knowledgeable about aspects of visual art & design as it pertains to business, emotion and tech/software support. I would urge you to contact me here first – with details of the support required, so I can assess whether or not I am able to help you. If I’m not the right fit, I can do my best to point you in the direction of someone who may be better suited.


3. When does my 7 working days of e-mail support start?

You will be sent a confirmation e-mail upon receipt of payment automatically. Once you’ve received this, you’re all set to get the ball rolling with your e-mails. Once you’ve sent the first e-mail over, the 7 days will start from that day. Your first e-mail needs to be sent within 14 calendar days after payment.


4. Is there an expiration date?

Yes. Once you’ve made your payment, you will have 14 days in which to send your first e-mail and start the 7 day process. If no correspondence is made, the token will expire after said 14 days. This is to avoid a backlog and keep the system flowing in an organised and timely manner.


5. Do I have to e-mail you every day?

However many times you e-mail me within those 7 days is at your discretion. I will respond to all e-mails within a 24 hour timeframe. Once the 7 working days have lapsed, you will receive an e-mail letting you know all the details, along with a tailored action plan at the end of the 7 days.


6. Is this service refundable?

This service is non refundable due to the extensive preparation needed and time consumptive nature of the service.


7. What if I decide I want to add on a video/audio session? 

If you would like to add this service on after you’ve made your purchase, you can do so for an additional fee of £30.00 for a 60 minute session. If you would like to upgrade to any other packages, you will be asked to pay the difference.


8. Are Weekends and/or holidays included in those 7 days?

The 7 days are based on working days only. For example, if you send your first e-mail on a Monday – your 7 days will cover you until the following week Tuesday. All of this will be made clear to you during the process, so no stress!


9. What are your email support working hours?

My working hours are Mon – Fri (10am – 6pm)
