1. What is included within this service?
This service includes a free 15 minute consultation so I can get a clearer picture of your wants & needs before we begin the hour consultation.
A 60 minute audio or video call (both conducted via Skype). It is entirely up to you whether you prefer an audio or video service; I want you to feel completely comfortable.
You will also receive a customised plan based on the consultation with observations and actionable steps to take going forward.
In addition to all of this, you will also receive e-mail support for 7 days starting from the day of the one to one session.
2. What can you help me with specifically?
I am most knowledgeable about aspects of visual art & design as it pertains to business, emotion and tech/software support. I would urge you to contact me here first – with details of the support required, so I can assess whether or not I am able to help you. If I’m not the right fit, I can do my best to point you in the direction of someone who may be better suited.
3. How do I arrange a time slot?
Once you’ve made your payment, you will be taken to the booking page to select a time and date for your session.
4. How long do I have to arrange a time after payment?
Once you’ve made your payment, select your preferred time and date for the session as soon as you’ve paid. Please select a slot within a 4 week time frame. If no slot is created, the token will expire after 30 calendar days.
This is to prevent a backlog and keep everything running in an organised and timely manner.
5. Is this service refundable?
This service is non refundable due to the extensive preparation needed and time consumptive nature of the service.
6. What if I decide I want to add on a video/audio session?
If you would like to upgrade this service to a deluxe package, you will be asked to pay the difference to add the extra 2 coaching sessions.
7. What are your working hours?
My working hours are Mon – Fri (10am – 6pm)
If there are any holidays or times when I will be unavailable – this will all be displayed at the bottom of the coaching page at least a week in advance.
8. Is Skype the only audio/video calling service available?
Currently yes – however, if you are having extreme difficulty for any reason with Skype – let me know and we can arrange an alternative method, no worries.
9. Will calls be recorded?
It may be required for me to record calls for customisation of follow up plans and support, but this is only with your permission.
10. Can I re-arrange my slot?
Sometimes things happen – totally get it. If you realise you can no longer honour the session – please provide 12 hours notice. Get in touch (email: email@example.com) to re-arrange an alternative date before the expiration date (30 calendar days) from the day of purchase.
This service is non refundable and cannot be cancelled, only re-arranged with reasonable notice.
